Food

"Food is pretty much my biggest passion, even more so than snowboarding! I love cooking and spend a truly excessive amount of time planning menus and playing with recipes. This came from growing up in a family that was utterly obsessed with food and some of my happiest times have been spent sharing a meal with friends and family. So I take cooking for our guests seriously and aim to provide something really special. The food is a combination of modern and traditional dishes, inspired by food that I either grew up eating or have discovered since living in this region of France.

Food should always taste delicious, but it is also important to us to use good quality ingredients and so we use meat and eggs that are free-range and everything else is really fresh and locally sourced where possible."

Wine

We have carefully chosen some wonderful white and red wines which will work well for general consumption and will also compliment the menu. We really care about providing our guests with wines that we are proud of and are confident we have come up with a selection which is certainly a cut above your average house wine!

The wine we provide is not limited to meal times but is available whenever you would like - our staff will be on hand to make sure that your glass is never empty and what is even better is that this is all included in the price of your holiday.

For those of you who are particularly interested in wine we also offer an additional selection of French wines from the surrounding regions for a supplementary cost (well below restaurant prices).
