Once you have confirmed your booking and paid the €150 deposit, we will send you a questionnaire which we ask you to complete so that we can tailor your stay to your needs and ensure that all the details are in place before you arrive - we will need information on dietary requirements, childcare needs, ski hire, ski passes, ski lessons, transfers, arrival and departure times and anything else you feel we might need to know to ensure that you have a hassle free stay.
10 weeks before your holiday the balance of the payment is due. We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
We will contact you 48 hours before arrival to confirm that all travel arrangements are in place and if we are organising the transfers then we will provide information as to where you will be picked up.
On arrival at the chalet you will be welcomed by us and shown around the chalet and to your rooms. If you arrive in the morning and wish to ski that day then we will ensure that ski hire and passes are ready so that you can hit the slopes as soon as possible.
On the evening of your first day we will have champagne and canapés before dinner and we will have a bit of a welcome chat about the chalet, to give any relevant information and also so that you can ask us any questions you might have.
