CV- AliKats Mountain Holidays

AliKats Mountain Holidays is owned and run by us, Al and Kat Judge and we are coming up to our 3^rd winter season in Morzine. We are applying for the position of hosting your ski holiday this winter. Below is a decade by decade breakdown of our experience…

2010s 
We started the decade as chalet hosts in Morzine; we had an amazing season looking after some brilliant guests and spent every spare moment skiing & snowboarding. We fell in love with the resort and knew that running a chalet was the life for us. Kat spent a second season building her experience as a Resort Manager, looking after two chalets and six staff while Al worked in Geneva.  Kat now runs AliKats Mountain Holidays full time and Al helps out at evening and weekends when not working as a Senior Business Analyst for a private bank.

Highlights include: Setting up AliKats and getting our new dog Murray!

2000s 
After graduating in Music and History respectively, we took great pains to avoid the inevitable and went travelling round the world for as long as was financially possible. When procrastination was no longer viable, Kat pursued a career in media sales peaking as an Advertisement Manager at Forward Publishing. Also using his degree to the best effect, Al entered the field of consultancy as a Project Manager at Accenture.
We met in October 2006 and less than 3 months later were engaged.

1 week later, Al went travelling again for 8 months. Married in 2008, we spent the next 18 months planning the move of a lifetime to the French Alps which we did in the last month of the decade.
